Postgraduate training at Case Western Reserve University and a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. Past President of the Northeastern Ohio Neuromuscular Study Club, and a longtime leader in TMJ and functional orthodontics.

Membership fees are processed once a year and expire one year from the date processed; unused benefits are forfeited. CareCredit and financial arrangements are not available for membership payments. After-hours emergency visits, orthodontics, implants, TMD, sleep and whitening are not covered and do not receive the treatment discount.
